Merchant Operating Terms & Consumer Guidelines
This Legal Notice governs the operational protocols, legal disclosures, and policy terms for transactions executed under the brand identities Viteality Health and Sky Nutrition.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
We serve customers strictly within the United States (U.S. Only). Domestic order shipping is structured as follows:

Order Processing: Standard order processing requires 24 to 48 hours prior to dispatch. Tracking details are transmitted automatically upon shipment.
Cancellations & Modifying Orders
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of order placement, provided the shipment has not yet been processed by our logistics facility. Contact Customer Care at 888-290-6088 or CS@skynutrition.com immediately to request modification.
Return, Refund, & Damage Resolutions
30-Day Unopened Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain unopened, sealed, and unused in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Initiate returns via Orders@skynutrition.com.
Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Missing Orders: In the event of damaged goods, wrong items received, or lost shipments, our strict business protocol is REPLACEMENT ONLY. Cash or credit card refunds are not issued for damaged or missing claims. Photos of damage may be required upon contact.
Subscription Model: All purchases represent One-Time Shipments. We do not enroll consumers in recurring subscriptions, auto-shipments, or periodic billings.

Third-Party Legal Access Request Guidelines
All legal requests from third parties (including regulatory agencies, law enforcement, or civil litigants) seeking non-public information held by Shopify regarding Viteality Health, its store operations, or its customers must strictly comply with the formal submission procedures set out below.
Mandatory Submission Portal
All third-party requests for legal access must be filed electronically via the official Shopify Legal Access Request Form. Submissions made via standard email or mailed notices directly to the store without proper legal process will not be processed.
Guiding Core Principles
Valid Legal Process & Jurisdiction: Non-public identifiable information (personal or financial data) will only be disclosed in response to valid, enforceable subpoenas or court orders issued by a legal entity possessing jurisdiction over the relevant Shopify entity.
Prior Notice: Affected Merchants and individuals will be notified prior to data production, unless legally prohibited by statute or court seal.
Customer Data Requests: Requesters seeking Customer data must first request such information directly from the Merchant (Viteality Health / Sky Nutrition), unless under an active, sealed criminal investigation or if the account has been terminated for fraud.
Scope Limitation: Only specific information explicitly identified in a compliant order will be produced. Requests seeking "all information" will be interpreted strictly under minimal disclosure standards.
Submission & Verification Steps
To submit a legal access request regarding this store:
Navigate to the online Legal Access Request form and create/sign in to a verified Shopify user account (for security and identity verification).
Complete all required fields, mandatory declarations, and execute the electronic signature.
Upon submission, respond to the confirmation email titled “Shopify Legal Access Request: Attach supporting documentation” with all valid supporting legal documents attached.
Financial & Fund Control Limitations
Note on Funds: Shopify does not maintain control over the direct flow of merchant funds, which are managed independently by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Consequently, legal requests seeking garnishment of receivables, liens, or levies cannot be executed through Shopify.
